More of a very slow limp forward on 2 broken legs, but a forward movement nonetheless.

Stephen4705 is right, though: If you want to excel in art, you have to distance yourself from the works of others (A.k.a. get rid of fanfiction). The more you change this thing, and the more you distance it away from Madness, the more original and creative it will be (Such actions are part of the creative process).

It's like the artists of the videogames themselves are inviting the players over for a circle jerk to their near-nude designs.

The eyes on this piece look fairly menacing and sinister (which is a good thing), but I feel that there should be more separation between the hood and the hair. Otherwise, great work.

Alive and kicking is an understatement - I think the cyberpunk comic style is having a come back lately with games/films/anime.

Not sure about the contrast, are you referring to the focus? Because that was intentional.
