The previous interface was nowhere near the look of any NG interface at any point in the 90's. There is nothing progressive about this, as many features that were once unique to Newgrounds has been removed in the name "modernization", not to mention what has been kept has undergone a shitty transformation that doesn't even come close to its post-2005 counterparts.
